Account / Delivery Manager for Digital analytics & advertising

Managing client delivery, getting involved in hands-on work and consulting in the field of modern digital marketing technologies, and collaborating on team development.

Optimics - who we are

  • A thirty-member international team based in Holešovice, Prague, specializing in marketing and advertising technologies, digital analytics, and data.

  • We are the only full-stack Google partner in the Czech Republic and partners with several other companies (Adobe, Meiro, SAS).

  • We design and implement custom solutions for our clients (often industry leaders), ranging from MarTech and AdTech tool architecture to effective use of first-party data, server-side measurement, and advanced cloud solutions (GCP) with machine learning and AI.

  • Our goal is always to be the best in what we do - leading the way, exploring new paths, growing alongside our clients, and having fun.

  • We are not backed by big investors and are not built for sale. We aim for Optimics to remain fully in our hands and to create something that transcends ourselves - we play the “infinity game.”

  • Long-term relationships and trust - not only with clients but also among ourselves - are extremely important to us. It’s fundamental to how we work.

  • In our team, we support each other, communicate openly, and avoid politics. Here, playing games or backstabbing is an automatic deal-breaker.

Why we are looking for a new team member and where you fit in

  • Thanks to our full-stack partnership with Google, we receive strong support from them (we often get access to new developments before they hit the market), but most importantly, we have a large pipeline of leads and customers we can and want to work with. Our goal is to deliver the best from our Menu of Services and strategically advance their digital maturity.

  • ...and we’re starting to fall behind...

  • That’s why we’re looking for an Account/Delivery Manager who already has experience in digital analytics, advertising, and marketing, with strong consulting skills, the ability to build customer relationships, spot business opportunities, is proactive, takes a highly partnership-oriented approach, and can communicate with marketing professionals, including C-level executives.

How we work with clients and what will be your mission

  • For each client, we measure their "MarketingDataIQ," which indicates how advanced they are in working with marketing data.

  • Based on the results, we propose custom solutions (we don’t sell any off-the-shelf products)—for more details, take a look at our "Optimics Menu of Services" - Basic / Advanced / Expert.

  • Some recent advanced solutions include dynamic creative generation, profit-based bidding, and AI-powered product name and description generation.

  • At the start, we’ll discuss which types of clients interest you or which environments you already have experience in (in terms of industry, size, primary language, etc.), and you’ll gradually take over such clients.

  • The main goal is to ensure high-quality delivery, client satisfaction, and the development of your team.

  • You’ll manage communication with both clients and delivery teams, prioritize projects within the team, learn about our Menu of Services, and oversee the financial aspects of your projects.

  • This is all teamwork—you’ll have senior support (an expert in online data) and junior colleagues to assist you.

  • In addition to managing client relationships, you’ll discuss matters with relevant technical and business teams, attend various events and conferences, etc.

  • Your level of hands-on involvement in projects will depend on your technical skills and interest.

What skills you will need

  • Knowledge of online marketing as a whole and the desire to be a partner and consultant for clients, with an understanding of the technologies we work with (AdTech, MarTech, Cloud for Marketing, Optimics Menu of Services).

  • Familiarity with GTM, GA4, BigQuery, Looker Studio, and at least basic practical experience with SGTM -> server-side measurement is increasingly becoming part of our daily routine.

  • Interest in Google Cloud Platform and a willingness to gradually learn how to work with it.

  • Proficiency in English - communication within the company and with clients often takes place in English, and you’ll use it almost daily.

  • Responsibility for yourself and your work, the ability to manage your priorities, an open mind, the ability to come up with new ideas and share them, and the drive to work on yourself and continuously improve.

  • And most importantly, don’t be toxic, don’t act like a jerk, speak openly about issues, and work with the team to achieve common goals.

What we offer

  • A role in a team of passionate and dedicated people, with opportunities for inspiration, learning, and growth, supported by a solid budget for professional development.

  • The chance to directly impact the business of leading and interesting Czech and international companies and connect directly with people at Google.

  • If you want to speak at conferences and be in the spotlight, we’ll help you participate in top industry events and build your name - we frequently speak at conferences ourselves.

  • Flexibility - we don’t have fixed working hours; we care about results, not clocking in and out.

  • Profit sharing - at the end of each year, we distribute part of the net profit among ourselves.

  • 5 weeks of vacation plus 5 additional days for sick leave or volunteering.

  • Budget for tech - choose the equipment that suits your needs.

  • Budget for psychotherapy or coaching.

  • A fantastic (pet-friendly) office in Holešovice with plenty of space, parking, relaxation zones, and a fully stocked snack fridge.

  • The usual perks - Multisport card, company phone plan, etc.

What are the next steps if you let us know about yourself

  • We’ll review your CV or LinkedIn profile. You can send either one via email or contact Petr Světlík directly through LinkedIn.

  • We’ll schedule a 20-minute call to go over your background, answer any missing questions you may have, and discuss further details.

  • You will meet our CSO & CMO Vojta (or another business team member) to discuss your experiences, talents, preferences, current clients, projects, and more. Together, you’ll try to design your role at Optimics more specifically.

  • We’ll invite you for a “trial half-day” (around 3 hours) - you’ll meet other team members and get a feel for the atmosphere at Optimics, so we can all decide by the end of the day if we’re the right fit for each other.

  • Job offer and start date as per your availability - we can move within about a week, but we’re also willing to wait for the right person.

Check out our website and blog - it will give you an even better idea of who we are.

We look forward to your response and hope it will be the start of a long-term and great collaboration!
